The staff was helpful and very nice! We had everything we needed in the clean room. Breakfast was enjoyable with a nice selection.
The place is kind of far away from the center.

Fresh food options. Relaxing room, perfect, with Turkish bath and wider bed, for example. Location close to areas like Bosphorus, Taksim and Aya Sophia, besiktas, ortakoy, arnavutkoy, and many local restaurants around.

A Cute Stay in the Heart of Istanbul
The hospitality team was very good. The room was comfortable, albeit the pillows could be softer. I highly recommend the onsite salon for a refreshing makeover. It's worth every penny!

Had a blast with my friends! We explored beautiful spots around and even caught a game at Vodafone Park. The hotel has a cool café, a nice garden, and fun stuff like darts and mini-golf. The staff was super helpful, and breakfast was fantastic! Just a heads up , the sensors in the room can be a bit tricky if someone gets up while you're sleeping.

Family with children excellent choice
The staff were attentive! I particularly remember Ms. Asiya, from guest relations-she was always looking after us and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast. Oh it was something else! They had this amazing cheese selection that the kids couldn't get enough of.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the service, it was still reasonable.

I had an awesome stay and loved how big and clean my room was! The indoor swimming pool and spa really helped me unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, it can get a bit noisy at times, so maybe pack some earplugs! 😊

missingWrote a review on 20 Junattractive receptiondecent facilitiesunpleasant smell
The reception area delivers a polished first impression with its attractive design. The hotel offers a range of facilities including a sauna and gym, even if the gym equipment is somewhat limited.
This place isn't living up to its supposed star status-it's barely a 4 star. The pool area has a damp smell that's not exactly inviting, and the breakfast served here lacks freshness, with fruit that's been stashed away for far too long. My non-smoking room on the 3rd floor still had a lingering cigarette smell that didn't help my asthma at all. They did swap my room after a hassle. On top of that, the TV turning on by itself at 4 AM was downright alarming-especially with a remote that didn't cooperate. The air conditioning in some rooms seems underwhelming, which might leave you uncomfortable during warmer spells.
